Georgio Paleiotheodorus is the son of a Vyron and Aleka Paleiotheodorus, a wealthy Greek couple that emigrated from Athens, Greece in 1965. The family settled in lower Manhattan and a few months after, Georgio was born. Vyron was a prominent Greek banker who fled to the United States ahead of the political unrest in Greece a few years later.
